Open one instance of IE.
Click File and go down to Import and Export.
Follow the wizard
How do I get IE to always fill the screen
Open one instance of IE and then open a new window.
Close the original window.
In the address box of the new window type the following and press ENTER
(where XXX,XXX is your screen resolution, eg: 640,480)

Hold the CTRL button and close the window (top right button).
